This will be an in-depth look at various types of Debriefing methods and goals. Workshop will include time for Pastoral Debriefing, Organizational Debrief, Critical incident & Trauma Debriefing, A model of debriefing (watching it being done).
Assessing your Church’s Member Care Program (part I) - John Jordan and Dave Kronbach
This will be an initial dialogue to help church leaders gain a broader picture of holistic church-based care. While open to all attendees, this workshop is designed as a preparation for a more in-depth church assessment through a direct, one-on-one interaction in Part two.
